Painted after Artist’s return from Jamaica trip with Stanley Arthurs and Howard Pyle
Commentary: There was a three week break in the day book entries after #265, due to the artist’s trip to Jamaica with Stanley Arthurs and Howard Pyle (January 9 – February 1, 1906). This illustration was Schoonover’s first after that trip.
