May – October and holidays:

open daily: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursdays: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. (July/August 2015)
Rockwell’s Studio open May through October.

November – April: open daily:

Weekdays: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Weekends and holidays: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Holiday Closings:

The Museum is Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day

Commentary: This landscape was executed as a copy of landscape #2409 and was painted on canvas #1339, the image used for the jacket of The Carolinian by Rapheal Sabatini. (day books)
While there is no image available, it is probable that it looked like both #2409 and #2435 which show Chamberlain’s Road near Bushkill, Pennsylvania, the location of the Schoonover’s summer home.
